Learn about pairing cheese and beer through a guided tasting.

Five beers and five cheeses will be sampled and discussed at length by the cheese maker, Paradox Farms, and the brewery. Class begins with a tour of the brewery as you enjoy your choice of beer (included in the ticket price) and proceeds to the guided tasting. This class is limited both in seating and in the fact it is only possible to offer it out of season for the farmer.
